Privacy

This notice explains how Assembly of God (King's Christian Centre) (registered charity 1050649), 26a King William Street, Old Town, Swindon, SN1 3LB(“we”), handles personal information when you use this website.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information when you choose to send it to us — for example, your name, email address and message when you use our contact form or email us. We use it solely to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

Contact form messages are delivered securely through LimeOrigin, the content management platform that supports this website, and stored only so that we can respond. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing info@aogswindon.org.uk.

How long we keep it

In line with UK data protection law, we keep your message and contact details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and deal with any follow-up. We review stored enquiries at least once a year and delete those we no longer need.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

YouTube videos and Google Maps are only loaded when you press play or choose to show the map. At that point YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) or Google may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

Photographs

Photographs of church life are published with permission. We avoid naming children. If you would like a photograph of you or your child removed, please email info@aogswindon.org.uk and we will remove it promptly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, email info@aogswindon.org.uk.
